TADA!
One large and one smaller suitcase are all I'm taking (I swear they actually DO zip up). Crammed full with all my American clothes perhaps soon to be replaced with lovely Italian presents :) I'm flying out on Monday if Hurricane Irene allows it. I called into my airlines and so far so good.
I had my last day at work on Friday and have left my position in well trained hands. I loved the people at work this summer and will miss them all. I'm happy that it's so close to my house so I can visit in the winter when I get back.
Last thing before I do a round of goodbyes to friends today is to put my room back together. My packing process doesn't exactly belong on thingsorganizedneatly.tumblr.com so I need to make this place look like a bomb didn't just explode everywhere. Then lunch with the BFF and tonight a goodbye to my IC/FC friend/host/bro and my "malebrofriend".
